Service

Trefecta guarantees a sensational performance. We regard service to be essential to safeguard the same experience for all Trefecta users. We do this by striving to provide a level of maintenance and care that you would expect from such a sophisticated product.

In the future Trefecta aims to provide the same level of service to all its users throughout the world. The degree of service depends on the presence of a Trefecta dealer in a specific region. As Trefecta is still expanding its reach, we provide the service in two different levels.

Level 1: inside dealer region

This level of service is appointed to any Trefecta purchaser that is living inside a dealer region. At this moment only the Benelux area is assigned as a dealer region since our first dealer has just been established in The Netherlands, which is Louwman Exclusive Cars.

The service that belongs to this level is the following:

  • For any service an appointment can be made with the nearest Trefecta dealer. Trefecta guarantees that within 72 hours the service can be provided at one of our dealers. Visit our dealers page for more information on the locations.
  • The price for any additional service is determined by your local dealer and communicated with you personally.
  • Warranty is provided. For the frame it’s lifelong and for all other components on the bike it’s 2 years. A claim for warranty is only granted as long as the user has respected the arrangements outlined in the provided owner’s manual.

Level 2: outside dealer region

This level of service is appointed to any Trefecta purchaser that is living outside a dealer region. Unfortunately Trefecta is not yet able to provide local service for these areas. The service for this level is therefor slightly different.

The service that belongs to this level is the following:

  • In case of any technical difficulties we advice to first contact our Trefecta hotline. One of our product support employees with a thorough technical background will contact you and help you solve the problem.
  • If the defect on the bike can’t be fixed by consulting the hotline, we advice to pay a visit to a car dealer. We will provide all the needed technical drawings and specifications for the car dealer to repair the defect. Any cost is for the customer and will be determined by the car dealer.
  • Unlike service level 1 the warranty excludes any service labour, but includes warranty on the parts. For the frame the period of warranty is lifelong and for all other components on the bike it’s 2 years. A claim for warranty is only granted as long as the buyer has respected the arrangements outlined in the provided users manual. The costs for shipping the replacement parts are for the buyer.
