In the unlikely case that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, consumers can simply return the eBike within 14 days after the date of delivery together with all accessories and documentation, including the invoice.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original payment. Please note that cost charges for delivery to non-EU addresses will not be refundable in any case once the order has been shipped.
Returns on products made to order for the customer (e.g. special configurations of the e-Bike) are not possible – of course we will take all complaints on these products very serious and will discuss all issues regarding these products with the customer.
Products sold to persons resident outside the EU as well as products sold to business customers (i.e. non consumers) cannot be returned unless specifically agreed otherwise.
